New Delhi: A mini-Kamraj Plan is in the offing with several young ministers said to be close to Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi deciding to resign from the Cabinet and work for the party in the

The two ministers will try to invigorate the party, whose morale is presently at a low ebb after the disastrous performance in the recently held assembly polls.

Minister of state for Power with independent charge Jyotiraditya Scindia may also resign and work for the party in Madhya Pradesh, where the Congress got a drubbing in the recently held assembly elections.

Rural Development Minister Jairam Ramesh is also expected to resign and head the core group of advisers around Rahul Gandhi, sources said.
