Thane, Sep 16: Maharashtra Congress chief Manikrao Thakre has said that party workers should raise their voice aggressively if the NCP-controlled local bodies in the district did not entertain them.
Thakre addressed a gathering of Congress workers at Wada in Bhivandi Lok Sabha constituency yesterday.
Congressmen should launch agitations if they were treated unfairly, he said.
Mincing no words, Thakre added that NCP, a partner in the ruling coalition, could not accept the fact that Congress was the number one party in Maharashtra.
