"They could have passed it back then. All the issues raised at Ramlila Maidan have been ignored", he added.
"For a strong Lokpal Bill, we may have to fight for another 40 years", Kumar Vishwas said.
"The entire credit for this Jokepal Bill goes to the management of Rahul Gandhi and Team BJP employed at Ralegan-Siddhi", he added.
Asked about Anna Hazare, Kumar Vishwas said, Anna must get Bharat Ratna irresponsible of his current stance.
