12:44pm-Manmohan: We have given emphasis on the development of poor and weaker sections. We are confident that we will improve the growth rate. There have been many internal reasons of lowering growth rate. In 2011 , India faced an economic slowdown for the second time leading to slow growth rate, but the economic growth in last nine years is a record. We have set economic records despite global economic problems.
