8 am: Former Inspector General of Police of J&K Farooq Khan will join BJP today in the presence of Modi at the Hiranagar rally.
It was Farooq Khan who led the police force in vacating the famous Hazratbal shrine of ilitants in March 1996
7 am: Modi is on way to Mata Vaishno Devi shrine.
