Modi also reminded the people that the Nirbhaya rape case took place in Delhi when their local MP R P N Singh was the home minister.
“Your MP is the home minister at centre. Delhi's law and order directly comes under his ministry. Still Delhi keeps witnessing rapes on a daily basis. After the ghastly Nirbhaya incident ,they created a Nirbhaya fund but failed to utilize even a single penny earmarked under this fund,” said Modi.
Modi promised to the voters of Kushinagar that connecting land to water will be his priority after forming the govt at centre.
