Modi took potshot on Mulayam Singh for being soft on rapists and those who instigated riots.
“Netaji, at least now you should get the sense of which way the wind is blowing. Neta ji, you became soft where you should have been really tough. When our daughters get raped, we should be tough but you became soft. You had communal riots in this state but Mulayam Singh was soft once again, said Modi.
Modi exhorted people to make both Lucknow and Delhi free of families.
“Please go for experiment this time. Just once. Make Lucknow free of family and make Delhi free of family. Today the nation does not need rulers, servants are needed. You have given 60 years to Congress, give me 60 months. I'll change your destiny, said Modi.
“I have to live and work for Dalits and backwards. Body can't be strong if even one part is not strong. All sections of society should be strong. And for this you need a strong govt in Delhi. And UP has the biggest responsibility for ensuring a strong govt in Delhi. Please send maximum number of lotus to Delhi from UP,” added Modi.
