New Delhi: After the historic victory, Arvind Kejriwal reached Ramlila Maidan to take oath as the eighth Chief Minister of Delhi.The swearing-in ceremony is being held in open and nearly one lakh people across country are attending the event. It is the second time when Delhi CM will take oath in open. His first swearing-in in 2013 was also held in the open.
Delhi's chief minister designate Arvind Kejriwal travelled by car, accompanied by his family, to the venue of swearing-in ceremony at Ramlila Maidan.
Unlike 2013, though, Kejriwal may not stop by at Rajghat on his way to the secretariat after the ceremony. Sources said he is extremely unwell.
Families of senior AAP members, including Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia, will attend the ceremony.
