On Somnath Bharti indicted by a court in a case of “tampering with evidence”, Binny said “if Bharti is guilty, then he should immediately resign on his own and not under pressure”.
Accusing Kejriwal of adopting double-standards, Binny said, “you are calling the court's decision on Bharti “wrong”. This is not right. It will be bad for the future of judiciary and the country.”
“If Bharti would have been in another party, Kejriwal would have gone all out to demand his resignation. I feel this shows his double standards,” he added.
The AAP MLA also accused Kejriwal of betraying the people of Delhi by promising something before the elections and not fulfilling it.
Binny said he joined AAP even though he had several other opportunities at hand. “BJP's doors were open for me and Congress also tried a lot, but I refused to join.. I have not joined AAP for Kejriwal,” he claimed.
