Dr Singh in a press conference once stated that he has the advantage of getting counseled by two women whom he trusts the most. One is Congress president Sonia Gandhi and the other his better half, Gursharan Kaur.
Not only has she been recognized in the Delhi Sikh Community for her Kirtan singing, she has also made significant appearances on All India Radio, Jalandhar.
Her style statement is such that it just cannot be overlooked. Vogue magazine specially mentioned Kaur's natural exquisiteness and wrote that in the G-20 summit held in 2009, Kaur was the only first wife to have her natural hair (undyed) and she carried it attractively.
