New Delhi: Just five days before the Delhi polls, BJP is likely to release its ‘Vision Document' for the upcoming Delhi Assembly polls today.
However, the party's CM candidate Kiran Bedi on Monday has tweeted 'Kiran's blueprint'. In back to back tweets Kiran has highlighted her 10 agenda for Delhi. Deploying students police, civil defence personnel are among the main objectives of Kiran's blueprint.

1. Until GST is implemented, simplification of VAT policies, procedures and implementation, to remove all bottlenecks, complexity and corrupt practices in collection, refunds, filing and reporting
2) Once GST is implemented, ensure that Delhi receives fair and adequate compensation from the Centre, if required
3) Company incorporation procedures to be simplified & made fully online for easy & quick setup of new businesses in Delhi
4) Encourage entrepreneurship via incubation support through facilitation of investment forums as well as leverage unused spaces to create co-working spaces for startups
5) Rationalization of stamp duties and registration fees to ensure higher collection
6) Start single window clearance for VAT, excise and entertainment tax & extend loan facilities for women entrepreneurs
7) Raising Delhi's "Ease of Doing Business"ranking in the country and world by simplifying and facilitating several procedures, including starting a business, dealing with construction permits,getting electricity, registering property, getting credit, and simplifying tax regimes
8) Reducing documentation, time and costs associated with trading across borders
9) Better lighting and pavement facilities around markets and expediting of existing repair works to ensure more footfalls
10) Continuous and regular dialogue with trader-entrepreneur associations and chambers of commerce to garner feedback and stay current with ongoing issues
Earlier, referring to the vision document, Kiran Bedi said, "This will be a vision for 2050, a vision for Delhi to become a world class city. Tremendous team work will be seen, will be in interest of every 'Delhi walla'. It will be a vision which will be implemented completely."
She had earlier last week also shared a blueprint for Delhi's development on her social media account, beginning with a 25 point action plan for women's safety.
BJP's ‘Vision Document' will carry Prime Minister Narendra Modi and chief ministerial candidate Kiran Bedi's vision. But Kiran's blueprint has surely grabbed many eyeballs. Elections in Delhi is going to be held on February 7 and counting of votes to take place on February 10.
