New Delhi: December 4 is going to be the D-Day for Delhi politicians including Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit, BJP's CM candidate Harsh Vardhan and AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal who is also his party's CM candidate. The Election Commission has completed all preparations and voting will begin at 8am sharp Wednesday.
