Kejriwal said he was ready to face defamation cases if his disclosures about their offshore accounts in HSBC Geneva branch were found to be false.
The IAC activist said, the list sent by the French government about Indians having accounts in HSBC Geneva branch was with the government since last one year.
"I have seen this information myself. Had I wished, I could have remained silent about the names, but why should I? The Income Tax department raided the homes of nearly 100 to 125 persons out of the list of 700 Indians in the list, and several of them paid taxes in crores of rupees. If the information was false, these people would not have paid tax.", said Kejriwal.
"If the US government can seek details of all offshore account holders from the HSBC, why can't India? Even today, if you arrest three of their officials here, they will come out with the names of all Indians who have offshore accounts", Kejriwal said.
India TV will telecast Rajat Sharma's Aap Ki Adalat with Arvind Kejriwal on Nov 24 (Saturday) at 10 pm and on Nov 25 (Sunday) at 10 am and 10 pm.
