New Delhi, Oct 15: Anti-corruption crusader Arvind Kejriwal today announced that he was calling off his protest on Parliament Street against Law Minister Salman Khurshid's NGO.
Addressing his supporters, Kejriwal said, he would need a day's time to make new disclosure against another political personality, and therefore was deferring his timing from Tuesday to Wednesday at 5 pm.
"I need to study the large number of documents that have come against the politician", Kejriwal said.
The anti-corruption activist appealed to people to block the PMO telephone lines by calling up to demand action the Khurshid couple over alleged irregularities in distribution of equipment to differently abled people.
Kejriwal said, since the Prime Minister has refused to meet the delegation of differently abled people, he has decided to stop recognising Dr Manmohan Singh as India's Prime Minister.
"Do you recognise Manmohan Singh as PM", he asked his supporters who replied with a resounding 'No'.
Kejriwal appealed to supporters to join the farmers' panchayat to be held in Manesar on October 30 to protest land acquisition.
He also appealed to Delhites to keep their electricity switched off on November 2 from 7 pm to 8 pm to protest power, water tariff hikes.
