He, however, went on to say that the final decision on forming a government in Delhi will be arrived at on Sunday night and announced on Monday.
AAP had yesterday decided to seek people's opinion through SMS, mails, and phone on whether the party should form the government or not with outside support from the Congress.
AAP with 28 seats is the second largest party in the 70-member Delhi Assembly. Congress has eight.
