New Delhi: Arvind Kejriwal and his six ministers will take oath of office and secrecy on Saturday December 28 at 12 noon at Ramlila Maidan, it was announced today.

This will be the first government of Aam Aadmi Party, which is hardly one-year-old and has come to power with outside issue-based support from Congress and a Janata Dal(United) MLA Shoaib Iqbal.

The Chief Secretary of Delhi government D M Sapolia today met Kejriwal, after the Rashtrapati Bhavan forwarded its communique to the Lt Governor putting its approval to the formation of AAP government.

AAP mentor Yogendra Yadav after meeting Kejriwal said, the AAP government will concentrate first on the 18 points enunciated by the party in its open letters sent to the Congress and BJP presidents last week.

Yadav rubbished reports of "revolt" by an AAP MLA Vinod Kumar Binny saying that he knew Binny since long. "Individually I can say he never lusts for power. He has joined the AAP for sacrifice, and joined our party at a time when it was nowhere in the reckoning", Yadav said.

Binny alongwith two AAP leaders Sanjay Singh and Kumar Vishwas later met Kejriwal at the latter's residence.

Earlier, in post-midnight confabulations by  two senior Aam Aadmi Party leaders Kumar Vishwas and Sanjay Singh with dissenting AAP MLA Vinod Kumar Binny, the latter finally agreed to the list of ministers submitted by Chief Minister-designate Arvind Kejriwal to the Delhi Lt. Governor.

Later Binny said that he was satisfied with the list of ministers sent to the LG, and he had no issues with the party leadership.

It was Binny, who was furious on Tuesday evening as he came out of a 5-minute verbal encounter with Kejriwal at his Kaushambi residence, and told waiting mediapersons that he would make an important disclosure about an AAP leader on Wednesday.

Binny had defeated senior Congress minister Dr A K Walia from Laxminagar and was aspiring for a ministerial post, but was instead offered the post of Parliamentary Secretary.

Late at around 12:45 am  Kumar Vishwas and Sanjay Singh went to Vinod Kumar Binny's residence to persuade him. The meeting lasted for nearly two hours till 2:45 am.

Binny later said he had no differences with the leadership and he would take up whatever responsibility he was assigned by the party.

"I am not angry at all..I had gone for a meeting at Arvindbhai's residence. I went there to meet him for 2 minutes, and stayed till 5 minutes. We sit for a meeting every 15-20 days", said Binny.

On whether he would be offered the post of minister, Binny said:"I haven't got anything yet. What should I say? Let the cabinet be formed. Let the swearing-in be over, and then everybody will take up his or her responsibility. I want an end to these unnecessary talks."

The final lineup for the cabinet headed by Arvind Kejriwal is:

Manish Sisodia, Rakhi Birla, Somnath Bharti, Saurabh Bhardwaj, Girish Soni and Satyendra Jain.

Manish Sisodia is considered the right-hand man of Arvind Kejriwal. A TV journalist-turned-politician, he won from Patparganj.

Rakhi Birla is the female face in the cabinet. Her mother works as a sweeper in a school. A former TV journalist-turned-politician, she won from Mongolpuri defeating Congress minister Rajkumar Chauhan.

Somnath Bharti is as IITian from Delhi, who defeated  two political heavyweights Arti Mehra and Kiran Walia from Malviya Nagar.

Saurabh Bhardwaj is an engineer-cum-lawyer who defeated BJP leader V K Malhota's son from Greater Kailash.

Girish Soni narrowly won from the Madipur SC seat.

Satyendra Jain is an architect-turned politician who won from Shakur Basti.
