New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal today lashed out at the Congress saying it was a "criminal (badmaash) and crooked (shaatir) party" which can withdraw support any time.
Speaking at a public meeting in Lodhi Colony, Kejriwal said "the entire nation knows Congress is criminal and crooked. Whenever it will feel withdrawing support, it may say Kejriwal is coughing and we are withdrawing.
"They did the same thing to Chaudhary Charan Singh's and Chandrasekhar's governments", Kejriwal said.
"For Aam Aadmi Party, politics is a sacred thing. Today politics is associated with criminals. If we succeed in changing politics, the nation's problems will vanish", said the AAP leader.
A huge majority among those present at the meeting said they were in favour of AAP forming a government.
