Jammu: Many people have died in the name of Kashmir and the state does not need more blood to be shed over it, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah said Wednesday.
The chief minister was reacting to a statement made by his Delhi counterpart Arvind Kejriwal after the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) office was attacked by the Hindu Raksha Dal in retaliation to AAP leader Prashant Bhushan's remarks on Kashmir.
"Dear @ArvindKejriwal enough good people have died in the name of Kashmir, it doesn't need more blood shed in its name. Thanks all the same," Omar Abdullah tweeted.
Kejriwal Wednesday condemned the attack on the AAP office and wanted to know if the intention of the attackers was to kill his colleague Bhushan.
