Bangalore/New Delhi: BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi will address a rally in Bangalore's sprawling Palace Grounds today, while Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi will address an election rally in South Delhi's Dalit-dominated Ambedkar Nagar constituency.
Modi will arrive in Bangalore by helicopter on Sunday afternoon and proceed to Palace Grounds to address his rally.
