Interesting facts about UP chief minister Akhilesh Yadav

Born to Mulayam Singh and Malti Devi, Akhilesh is their first son. He was born in Etawah district of Uttar Pradesh.

Married to Dimple Yadav, Akhilesh has been blessed with a happy married life. This has been proven over and over in Akhilesh's statements like ``shaadi hote hi kismet khul gayi''. Dimple gained prominence after she contested election in 2009 from Ferozabad constituency which Alhilesh had won and vacated. However, Dimple lost elections to Raj Babbar who was representing the Congress party.

Akhilesh began his education with Rajasthan's Sainik School followed by a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and Masters Degree in Civil Environment Engineering from University of Mysore. His Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering from University of Sydney was an add on.
