21. A. Raja: Andimuthu Raja from DMK is a member of 15th Lok Sabha representing Nilgiris constituency of Tamil Nadu. The 2G spectrum scandal occured when he was heading the telecommunications and IT Ministry. A Raja had to spend time inside Delhi's notorious Tihar jail, after which he came out on bail.
