19. Sheila Dikshit: She has been the Chief Minister of Delhi for the last 15 years. Originally from Kannauj, UP, Sheila is considered one of the builders of modern Delhi. She is the daughter-in-law of late Uma Shankar Dikshit, a senior Congress leader of UP.
