New Delhi, Oct 6: Gujarat Chief Minister is all set to romp home in Gujarat for the third consecutive time, according to an opinion poll conducted by India TV in association with C-voter.
The opinion poll predicts a comfortable majority for the BJP in Gujarat assembly with a tally of 114 seats while the Congress is expected to be restricted to 63 seats.
Keshubhai Patel's Gujarat Parivartan Party is not going to hurt BJP's chances and will get a maximum of 2 seats, according to the opinion poll. Others are expected to get 3 seats.
The opinion poll suggests that the BJP will get 3 seats less than 2007 when it had won 117 seats. On the other hand Congress is expected to gain 4 more seats compared to last time when it had 59 seats.
In terms of vote percentage, BJP is expected to lose 2 percent votes while Congress is expected to gain 1 percent votes. Keshubhai's GPP is expected to make debut with 3 percent of votes while others will get a total of 11 percent which will be a gain of 2 percent compared to last time.
