New Delhi: PDP, the victorious party of J& K elections, has planned to get in a ‘Grand Alliance' with arch rivals National Conference and Congress. It has pulled his hand back from BJP. This came as a game changer in J&K politics.
PDP holding 28 MLAs, the highest number in the Assembly of 87, was earlier heard of getting along with BJP. But according to the latest development it indicated an alliance with NC and Congress, both of whom had extended support to it.
It is also likely that PDP Chief Spokesman Nayeem Akhtar's statement that a ‘grand alliance' between the party, NC and Congress ‘was also an option' could be a tactic to pressurize BJP to retain Art. 370.

It is even in talks with NC which has verbally stated to not to support the saffron party.
