Reacting to a question on rising prices of onion, Pawar said that his ministry has nothing to do with it because this matter falls within the domain of the ministry of food and consumer affairs.
He further added that his ministry's job is to increase the production and the production of onion has increased this year.
"There should be some knowledge of ground realities. To increase the production from agriculture is my job. The production of onion is on higher side this year," added Pawar.
