New Delhi: Sushma Swaraj has reacted sharply to Rahul Gandhi's statement that blamed opposition parties for opposing the land acquisition bill in parliament.
"Mr. Rahul Gandhi, please have courage and speak the truth," Sushma Swaraj tweeted.
The BJP leader quoted Gandhi's comment in his Aligarh rally in which he said the opposition had opposed the land bill.
"While speaking on the bill, Shri Jairam Ramesh told the Lok Sabha on (Aug 29): 'I would like to convey my special thanks to leader of opposition because in the two all-parties meetings, it appeared that we will not be able to move any further. But she found the solution and we are discussing the bill in the house today'," she said.
