New Delhi, Sep 25: Narendra Modi might be a political anathema for the Manmohan led UPA government but the govt missed no opportunity in learning from Modi's highly successful attempt to connect with the netizens.
Sam Pitroda, PM's public information adviser, held a ‘press conference' on twitter and the subject of discussion was ‘democratisation of information'.
