Chandigarh: The first session of the newly elected Haryana Assembly will commence on November 3, Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar said.
Khattar, at his maiden press conference after presiding over the first meeting of his Cabinet, on Monday said that the Cabinet has authorised him to approve the presenting of any legislative business before the assembly.
The Chief Minister said he had also been authorised to approve the Governor's address to be delivered on November 4.
