Lucknow: Senior AAP leader Kumar Vishwas was today attacked with an egg while he was about to address a press conference in Lucknow.
A youth who revealed his name as Syed Zafri was sitting among journalists. The moment Kumar Vishwas started speaking; Syed Zafri stood up, threw an egg at Vishwas and started shouting anti-Kumar slogans.
Fortunately for Vishwas, the egg missed him and hit the banner in the backdrop .
The youth Syed Zafri accused Kumar Vishwas of spreading religious hatred. He blasted Kumar for showing disrespect to Hussein bin Ali, the third Imam of Shia Islam.
