"Nitish Kumar bhaag gaya, RJD jaag gaya", said Lalu Prasad before reporters.
The RJD supremo alleged that the Bihar chief minister has "throttled democracy and has used the Speaker as his toy".
"Bihar today has become a laughing stock because of Nitish Kumar's Watergate-type act", he said, however erroneously adding that the Watergate took place in England.
"This is the beginning of our movement. We will go to the people and expose Nitish Kumar's act of horsetrading", said the RJD supremo.
