New Delhi: Amidst allegations of harassment against AAP MLA Somnath Bharti by his wife Lipkia, the former Delhi Law minister today urged his supporters not to "fuel division" by saying anything against her.
"I request my friends/supporters not 2 say a word against my wife," Bharti tweeted, adding that this will further fuel divisions.
In a press conference yesterday, Bharti's wife said she was mulling approaching court against him.
The Malviya Nagar MLA is in-charge of southern states and camping there for party work over the past few days.
The party has already distanced itself from the matter saying it was a "personal matter". PTI
