New Delhi: DMK chief Karunanidhi has written a letter to President  and  Prime minister against the violence perpetrated by AIADMK activists in the aftermath of the special court sentencing Jayalalithaa to 4 years in jail

New Delhi: DMK chief Karunanidhi has written a letter to President  and  Prime minister against the violence perpetrated by AIADMK activists in the aftermath of the special court sentencing Jayalalithaa to 4 years in jail in DA case.

Karunanidhi has also marked this letter to Chief justice of India, Union minister of home affairs,  Secretary to government of India, Governor of Tamil Nadu,  Chief justice of Madras high court, Chief secretary government of Tamil Nadu and Home secretary to government. Here goes the letter written by the DMK chief:

You must be aware of today's developments in the state of Tamil Nadu pursuant to the judgement passed by the special court, blore in the DA case against Jayalalithaa and others

The state is now witnessing large scale violence leading to law and order problems due to conviction of the state cm as ruling aiadmk party cadres are going in Scot free targeting the DMK leaders, functionaries, party offices and their residences thru out the state of TN.

They have also attacked the bjp leader swamy's residence for being the complainant in this case.

They are also attacking the innocent our luck and destroying the public properties with an intention to instill fear and panic in the minds of the public.

The media is also not spared while covering the various violent incidences in the state.

Admk cadres are indulging in large screen violence and the police are silent spectators to these lawless acts of the party men.

The police in the state are not in a position to handle the situation a d people of TN are living in grip of fear.
