Delhi lawyer tries to disrupt PM's speech,takes off shirt, shouts slogan 'go back'

New Delhi, Sep 22: There was commotion inside the high-security Vigyan Bhavan on Saturday when a Patiala House court lawyer Santosh Kumar Suman suddenly stood up on his seat, took off  his shirt and shouted

The Prime Minister was addressing an International Academic Conference organized by the Indian Law Institute at Vigyan Bhavan.

Santosh Kumar Suman had filed a petition against the Prime Minister in the cash-for-vote scandal in 2008, when BJP MPs deposited Rs 1 crore cash  in front of Lok Sabha Speaker Somnath Chatterjee alleging that they were being bribed. 




Suman had also filed a petition in the former Army Chief Gen V k Singh's case. The court had dismissed both his petitions.
