He said,"We would request the Election Commission and the Union government to talk to neighbouring states to declare holiday on December 4."
On the issue of criminal cases against five AAP candidates, as found by Association for Democratic Reforms, senior lawyer Prashant Bhushan said," We have cases against five of our candidates but none of them are as grave as the one charges on Congress and BJP."
