New Delhi: Arvind Kejriwal led AAP has asked the EC and the central government to declare December 4 a holiday in National capital Region (NCR).
"There are many first time voters who reside in Delhi but work in NCR like Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad. Though there is a holiday in Delhi on December 4, but office in these areas will remain open, due to which many people won't get opportunity to cast their vote," said Yogendra Yadav, AAP leader.
