Lashing out at the UPA government, Modi said, Congress has failed to fulfil its promises to the people in 100 months. He asked the audience rhetorically: "Tell me, do people who make false promises deserve to stay in power for even a minute?"
"I have gone to all corners of India, and I find winds of change blowing. The hurricane that's going to come will blow away the Congress", Modi said.
