Pune: Gujarat chief minister and BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi today said winds of change are blowing across the country, and he doubted whether the Congress will be able to face the hurricane.
Addressing a rally here, Modi said, UPA government had promised to bring down prices within 100 days. "Did they bring down the prices? Have prices come down, or gone up?" Modi rhetorically asked his supporters. The people at the venue replied with a resounding No.
