New Delhi: Speculation is rife in Congress circles about party vice-president Rahul Gandhi's anointment as prime ministerial candidate at a special strategy session here today.
Close on the heels of electoral debacle in Delhi, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, this strategy session has been called to chalk out the roadmap for the 2014 Lok Sabha elections.
