Lucknow, Sept 28: In the run up to the Uttar Pradesh Assembly polls, SP today alleged that the BSP government had wasted funds meant for development and public welfare on stones for building Chief Minister Mayawati's statues.
“This is a dictatorial government which has insulted all sections of the society and people are fed up with this regime,” state SP chief Akhilesh Yadav alleged addressing public meetings in the third phase of his Kranti Rath Yatra.
He said the ‘Kranti Rath Yatra' would continue until and unless BSP is dislodged from power.
The first phase of the yatra was carried out between September 12 and September 14 and the second phase between September 19 and September 24. PT
