New Delhi: The BJP Sunday finalised 67 candidates for the forthcoming assembly elections in Chhattisgarh, a party leader said.
Talking to reporters after a meeting of the party's central election committee here, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Ananth Kumar said nine sitting legislators had been denied tickets.
Elections to the 90-member Chhattisgarh assembly will take place next month.
