New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will today address three election rallies for the upcoming Bihar Assembly polls.

As per the schedule, the Prime Minister's first rally will be organised in Sasaram. From here, Modi will fly to Makdumpur and Arwal.

All these three places will go to polls in the first phase on October 12.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is extensively banking on Modi's charisma to win the Assembly polls.

The Prime Minister's tomorrow rallies have been kept on hold and will depend on the party's strategy meeting.

Yesterday, the Prime Minister had addressed four election rallies in Munger, Samastipur, Begusarai and Nawada.

The main contest is between the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) and 'grand alliance' of Nitish Kumar's Janata Dal (United), Lalu Prasad Yadav's Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and the Congress.

Bihar will have five-phase assembly elections between October 12 and November 5 and counting of votes will take place on November 8.
