Barabanki: Union Steel Minister Beni Prasad Verma today said Samajwadi Party would not win even four seats and its chief Mulayam Singh Yadav was dreaming of becoming the Prime Minister.
“Mulayam is not winning even four seats as of now and he is dreaming to become the PM. May God bless him with wisdom,” Beni told reporters after exercising his franchise. “Whoever wins, whether SP or BSP, (they) will come with us,” he said.
The minister said that BJP would be defeated again and UPA-III would form the government at the Centre, while claiming that only Congress was in the fight across the country.
On what would happen in the election, Beni said it could not be said as of now, but expressed confidence that future will be that of Congress.
The minister also attacked leaders of his own party, saying they don't leave their air-conditioned rooms and demoralise the cadre.
He said that when he goes to Delhi, he would tell them not to give statements by watching television and reading newspapers, instead they should come out of their rooms.
