New Delhi: Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh tonight spoke to Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi and discussed with him the ongoing relief operations in the violence-hit areas of the state.
During the telephonic conversation, the Home Minister once again assured the Assam government of all help needed to provide relief to the victims of violence perpetrated by Bodo rebel group NDFB.

Singh has also instructed Union Home Secretary Anil Goswami to look into the reports of lack of facilities at the relief camps in Assam, official sources said.
More than 80 people were killed following violence perpetrated by the NDFB and retaliatory attacks on Tuesday and Wednesday. The Home Minister had visited the violence-affected areas of Assam on Wednesday and Thursday.
