Kejriwal has been exposed by the media. His remarks betray frustration. The Indian media is neutral, and to use such remarks against the media is unjustified."

Information and Broadcasting Minister Manish Tewary said, such threatening remarks were unfortunate and should be condemned.

"Those who are in politics must have a heart to listen to criticisms in media. I however expect the media not to have a tilt towards any party or individual."

BJP leader Nitin Gadkari said in Nagpur:"Media is one of the four pillars of democracy.

He (Kejriwal) was happy so long as the media was supporting him, and now when he is being criticized and bringing out the truth, he is threatening the media.

No matter what he says, a broom (jhaadu - AAP election symbol) will not last for more than six months, and that too, without the help of a "hand" (Congress symbol)"
