New Delhi: In the final leg of her election campaign, BJP's Chief Ministerial nominee Kiran Bedi today attacked AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal and accused him of being a ‘liar'.

“He's a liar, a total liar. I don't know to what extent they are spreading lies about me, that I will remove road side carts of sellers.

“Don't believe him, I am not coming here to commit any sins. I won't do anything wrong with you people,” she said while talking to roadside vendors in Krishna Nagar constituency from where she is a BJP candidate.  Showered with blessings and flowers from residents, Bedi's last roadshow managed to pull out people in large numbers on the road as well as balconies.

On being asked about not getting a similar reception in other constituencies, Bedi said, “I have been getting this support in all my rallies but I think some people refused to recognise that support”.

“I am confident from day one but still I would like to wait for the final result. People are clamouring for change now. They are going to vote for a national party and not a ‘one man army',” she said.

Responding to allegations leveled by AAP that BJP was trying to ‘buy voters' by distributing money and free liquor, Bedi said, “I don't know what he says, we are having very well run and very ethically run right now.  Why would we do such things?”

In a damage control bid after a spate of protests against her from the lawyers body, Bedi earlier met a group of lawyers at the party headquarters.

“They're all out in support of us. All out in support,” she said.

Earlier, Bedi sought to compare her administrative experience to that of Kejriwal's as IRS, saying she had put in 40 years of services while the AAP chief was a “deserter” with “insignificant” tenure.

“I have 40 years of administrative experience and that other man (Kejriwal) who is spreading lies has just five years of experience. He is ‘bhagoda' and will run away again,” Bedi said while campaigning in Kirari constituency of North-West Delhi here.

Addressing a gathering here, the BJP's chief ministerial candidate asked the voters to not to pay heed to negative rumours about her.

Bedi also spoke about women safety and security, saying that it will be on her top priority. She also held roadshows in Mangolpuri, Sultanpur Majra and Nangloi constituencies.
