Ralegan Siddhi: Noted Gandhian Anna Hazare today said he would sit on indefinite hunger strike from December 10 to press for his demand for Jan Lokpal Bill.
"I will not break my fast this time, until and unless the bill is passed", Hazare told India TV.
The timing of the indefinite fast is signifcant as it will take place during the Parliament winter session, soon after the results for assembly elections in five states are out.
In an exclusive interview, Hazare without naming Kejriwal said: "I feel, you can never succeed through politics, you can succeed only through movement. Politics these days means money and power, that's why I hate politics and people associated with politics. Though I have the old Anna team with me, but I still believe one voice will bring back the people to the streets".
A meeting was organised in Ralegan Siddhi on Sunday to decide about preparations for the indefinite fast. Anna will sit on fast at Yadav Baba temple, where he normally stays.
While at Delhi's Ramlila Maidan, he sat on fast under the banner of India Against Corruption, this time Anna will sit under the banner of Janatantra Morcha (Democratic Front).
