New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief Amit Shah today said that the Narendra Modi-led Central government is determined to tackle the blackmoney issue.
"The Modi government is determined to tackle the blackmoney issue," said Amit Shah while addressing the media on the completion of one year of NDA government.
Shah also said the previous United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government failed to tackle the issue of blackmoney.
He said the NDA government has performed well and added that there has been no corruption under the Modi government.
"The government has restored the dignity of the Prime Minister's Office," he said.
The BJP chief further said that the BJP-led govt has ended trust deficit. "It is a visible govt seen taking proactive steps," he said.
When asked about the ongoing tussle between the Centre and the Delhi government, he said, "So called clash between Centre and Delhi govt relates to interpretation of Constitution, issue will be settled by courts."
