New Delhi: The rebel father-son duo of Shanti and Prashant Bhushan today launched a virulent attack on AAP and its chief Arvind Kejriwal, calling it a “khap panchayat” for its action of expelling rebels.

Shanti Bhushan, who was once addressed as AAP's patron, also compared Kejriwal with Adolf Hitler.  “Its not AAP, but a Khap panchayat. The khap panchayat has a dictator (Kejriwal) and the panchayat members work as per his order and do his buttering,” Prashant said.

Prashant, along with Yogendra Yadav, Ajit Jha and Anand Kumar were expelled from the AAP for “gross indiscipline” and “anti-party activities” late last night.

Prashant also lashed out at National Disciplinary Committee members Pankaj Gupta and Ashish Khetan. He also raked up the issue of alleged “planted” news by former journalist turned politician, which benefitted a firm.  Attacking Kejriwal, Shanti also compared the Delhi chief minister with Hitler.

“He should adopt Hitler's dress. Since he has adopted his way of life, then why not wear that dress,” Shanti said.  Responding to Khetan's challenge that he will not spare the Bhushans, Shanti challenged him to expose his family.

“Let him expose us. He will get exposed. Our family is most honest family in the country. No one can question our integrity. Neither Prashant Bhushan nor my integrity,” Shanti added.
