AAP crisis: Support for Yadav, Bhushan swells

New Delhi: The controversy surrounding the AAP's decision to remove senior members Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan from the Political Affairs Committee (PAC) just refusing to die down as the number of AAP supporters and office bearers raising a voice against the move is swelling with each passing day.

These supporters and office bearers have initiated an online campaign asking the leadership AAP to furnish the proof against Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan who have been been expelled for anti party activities.

The campaign in the form of petition was created hours after the AAP's national executive removed Yadav and Bhushan on Wednesday. More than 2,000 people have signed it within 24 hours.

The petition says, "AAP is not made by people in PAC or Arvind Kejriwal. It is the result of the toughest exams given by its volunteers who didn't give up even when everyone lost hope after Lok Sabha election," the petition put on change.org states. It adds: "...I think it is the responsibility of PAC members and, more importantly, Kejriwal to release those documents, videos, audios or anything which prove that the step taken by PAC is right."

Volunteers had earlier launched '#UnitedAAP' campaign. "Removing @AapYogendra or Prashant Bhushan from PAC can't solve the problem of AAP. It will create more problems.
