New Delhi: Union Human Resources Development Minister Smriti Irani engaged in a war of words on the micro-blogging website Twitter, yet again, this time with Bihar Congress President and the state’s Education and IT minister Ashok Choudhary.

The fight that gave Twitteretti a good laugh was centred over the issue of National Education Policy (NEP).

However, Irani fumed at Choudhary for addressing her with a ‘dear’ while the latter reverted that she always circles around the topic and never answers.

Here’s the entire argument:

Soon after the fight, Twitter reactions started pouring in, making it a trending topic. Few even questioned Irani that why didn't she reacted in the same way when members of her own party addressed her with 'dear'. They even had proof of it.

Here are the reactions:

Few days back, Irani locked horns with Congress leader Priyanka Chaturvedi on Twitter.

It began after Chaturvedi responded to a tweet by a BJP supporter Shefali Vaidya which targeted her.

Vaidya wrote, “When @priyankac19 is trolled, it is an attack on ‘dignity of women’but poisonous slander against @smritiirani is acceptable.”

Responding to Vaidya's tweet, Chaturvedi said, even a perceived threat to Smriti Irani gets her Z category status but even after she getting rape threat she is struggling to get the matter investigated.

Irani quickly interjected, saying she does not have Z category security.
